A historic partnership between a local nonprofit and Groveland inaugurates a new chapter in affordable housing with a Community Land Trust, the first of its kind in Lake County. With the unveiling of this workforce single-family home project, residents and dignitaries celebrated a significant stride towards community resilience. Spearheaded by the respective leaders from the city of Groveland and the community, this collaborative effort underscores the city’s commitment to addressing housing accessibility challenges and symbolizes hope for families in Groveland.
