At New Beginnings, the Thrift Store is more than a storefront—it’s a cornerstone of our mission. Not only does it provide affordable, quality goods to the community, but it also directly supports our wraparound programs through generous donations and customer purchases.
In fact, over 85% of the revenue from our Thrift Store helps fund life-changing programs—including housing solutions, educational support, and faith-based services that empower individuals and families to rebuild their lives.
But the impact doesn’t stop there. We also offer free shopping sessions for individuals in crisis, including domestic violence survivors and those receiving benevolence assistance. These moments of dignity and care are made possible through the generosity of our donors.

Your gently used furniture, household items, clothing, and other quality donations directly support our mission to help individuals and families overcome homelessness and hardship through housing, education, ministry, and support services.
We’re proud to offer free pickup services for qualified furniture donations within our local area. To ensure we can responsibly steward your generosity, we ask that you submit a photo of your items before scheduling a pickup. This helps us verify that the donation aligns with the needs of our store and programs.
